چکیده

When the lifetime of an electronic component does not reach required level, it can be enhanced by means paralleling current sharing backup system or redundant system. The is sum lifetimes all components, which maximum components’ lifetimes, compared with parallel For purpose enhancing products’ reliability, goods are usually designed spare components. If assumed that there m−1 components for each product, then product will distributed as a Gamma distribution two parameters—m and λ, where λ mean component. According to numerous studies, sample size large, takes long time test enterprises consider cost timeliness. This paper concerns performance index product. Therefore, based on confidence interval, this aims develop fuzzy testing model. As model integrate past data expert experience, accuracy retained despite small-sized samples. In fact, through adopting proposed paper, companies make precise intelligent decisions instantly use samples grasp opportunities improvement.
